We want every conversation to be simple, personal and transparent, from your very first enquiry.
When online payment is available, you can book your stay by reviewing your dates, the full price and the cancellation policy, then paying securely through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment is verified. A form labelled “booking request” does not confirm a booking: our team will reply personally.
Events and experiences are offered according to the venue’s possibilities and programme. The arrangements and price are provided before anything is confirmed.
Your details are used to manage your enquiry, booking and related payments. Information needed to process payment is shared with Stripe; when Beds24 is connected, booking details are shared with that service to manage availability. Château Papillon does not store your card details. Submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
The price breakdown, payment terms, check-in and check-out times and cancellation policy are shown before you confirm. For an enquiry or private event, the terms are provided in your personalised proposal. Read the cancellation policy.
If enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. It measures page views and actions such as availability enquiries and successful form submissions. We do not send form contents, contact details or your chosen dates to Google. Advertising features are disabled.
Google may process device and browsing data outside Canada. Your choice is saved on this device for six months. You can decline or withdraw consent using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. Essential language and administration-session cookies are separate; declining analytics does not prevent you from contacting us.
Google’s privacy policyYour first name, last name, phone number and email address are recorded in Château Papillon’s private customer database to manage your entry and contact you about the draw. Entering does not guarantee a prize and does not automatically subscribe you to advertising.
An optional, unchecked box lets you separately request offers, news and invitations by email. We retain the date, form source and wording of this consent. Your choice does not affect your entry or your chances of winning. This consent does not cover advertising calls or text messages.
To withdraw your marketing consent, or request access to or correction of your details, contact Château Papillon at bonjour@chateaupapillon.ca. Withdrawing marketing consent does not cancel your giveaway entry.
