Contact Château Papillon to arrange your cancellation or date change. The owner confirms the applicable option; refund, date-change and gift-credit alternatives are not cumulative.
Date changes are subject to availability and confirmation, with no date-change fee.
The stay is recalculated at the website calendar prices for the new dates. Any increase is payable; no additional amount is charged automatically.
If the new stay costs less, the difference is issued as gift credit for a future booking, rather than a cash refund.
The validity period of cancellation gift credits shown in the table starts on their date of issue. It does not set an expiry for a price-difference credit.

One date change is allowed within 12 months of the original date, subject to availability. If the new booking costs more, the difference is payable. If it costs less, the difference is not refunded.

IndoorsPrivate massages are not cancelled because of the weather and remain subject to the terms above.
Allergies and dietary restrictions
Château Papillon is not a food-service establishment and cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination. Guests with allergies are responsible for checking whether products are suitable for them.
No-shows
The no-show row in the applicable table above specifies your options. Your booking retains the terms accepted at the time of reservation.
